(As part of the scenario) What HCD process would you follow to solve *generic scenario problem*. How would you convince *generic problem stakeholders* that HCD is a good way to solve their problems? What was your most challenging stakeholder/team member situation? We write a lot of reports, do you know how to write reports? (At that stage I probably should have pretended I was illiterate, just to have a little fun and at least lighten the mood for myself)
