Assessment centre: role play + case study presentation. The role play is designed as a stress test, so try to stay calm and think about how you would try to resolve the conflict. Case study: focus on key points that you want to highlight and be convincing when explaining your rationale. Do note that this assessment centre will not ask you behavioural nor competency questions. I felt that the AC was the most stressful part of the application process, so it's worth preparing for it and staying calm. Panel interview questions: 1. Why did you choose Wholesale banking? 2. How did you handle multi-stakeholders? 3. Resume-specific questions: what kind of challenges did you face? 4. What kind of environment best suits you? Do you prefer having ownership (and freedom of projects) or a more structured environment? 5. What do you like to do in your free time/outside of your experience and work? 6 What would you do if you were rotated to a division not among your preferences?
