Behavioural questions. Tell me about a time when you have had to make and effort to understand someones needs in order to meet their expectation?
Nothing challenging about this interview process.
I always struggle with that question "Tell us about yourself", so that was the hardest one. However, I was a little taken back when I was asked "The previous interviewer was male, why should we hire you instead of him".
How much do you know about derivatives products? What are call and put options and what could you do with those financial instruments?
