What is your best capability?
I didn't have industry experience but I have 13 years of outside sales experience so a lot of time was spent discussing who I prospected, how I conducted meetings, and how I managed my assigned territory. No really unexpected or difficult question but they really want to make sure you are cut out for the job. There's a lot of canvassing and prospecting and it's a very competitive space. They are up front and good about managing your expectations.
What is the most difficult sales situation you have encountered and how did you overcome this?
Everything. When you do the role play do not forget to do a written agenda.
They want me for a reason and at this time, nothing move in that way.
