There was less structure. They described the position, responsibilities and the environment. They were very open about the pros and cons. Then they asked questions regarding various positions on my resume to determine what I had done. It was an easy match. I had done everything they were looking for and we all had great rapport with each other.
Where did you work, when did you work there, I worked there and didn't know you! Did you know this person or that person, what building were you in, what color was the building...on and on and on...
