Round 1 is easy. Only mental math (65.24+23.45) and sequences. I didn't even prepare for it. Round 2 is time-consuming. There are 200 questions. First 180 are about personality and the last 20 are sequences (easier than the first round). I'm not sure what kind of people they are looking for. For your information, I'm a homebody and would like to focus on a project alone. Round 3 is tricky. For the first 20 questions, I was given two columns of letters and asked to choose a combination of two letters to maximum the return according to their calculation rules. In the end, I needed to talk about my strategy and expected accuracy rate. Honestly, the introduction video was so confusing that I didn't even fully understand the rules. The platform also sucks because I met technical issues and couldn't ask for help since the test was still timed. Time is so LIMITED. Usually you only have 20-30 SECONDS to click all the buttons and to answer the questions, which means you need to make a choice based on your intuition.
