For this scenario, imagine that the Fundraising team have asked the Digital Experience team for help increasing donations from people visiting Kew Gardens. They have noticed that some museums have introduced contactless donation points, where visitors can use their credit/debit card to tap to donate to either a specific appeal, or more generally to support the museum's work. The Fundraising Team would like a number of contactless donation points to be implemented at Kew as a matter of urgency, to make the most of increased visitors over the summer.
