Ability to apply object-oriented design and programming concepts, including design patterns. • Superior written and oral communication skills to include demonstrated experience writing and / or editing procedures and documentation. • Must be organized, detail-oriented, and able to work collaboratively with employees at all levels within an organization. • BS degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. • Demonstrated experience developing n-tier Java EE web-based applications.
