All of our interior designers have to complete a design challenge assignment before they join our team. We do this to understand your design aesthetics, technical knowledge and visual presentation skills. Our in house designers indicate that this test can sometimes take 5-10 hours so we totally understand if you cannot do this test. Would you be open to this challenge assignment?
