Nothing really. Very strait forward.
Of course the required question "what areas do you need to improve in" is always difficult. An unexpected question had to do with the manager asking about my family support system. You have to have a great deal of family support if you're going to undertake a commission-only career.

What is your current financial situation? It was on a questionnaire I'm guessing for personality assessment. I'm pretty sure if it's even legal to use that kind of vernacular. I understand they can run a credit check, but to ask such a personal question is quite unethical, in my opinion only.
