Why do you want to work for EPAM?
They generally ask you about the type of projects you have done in your current organisation.
What motivates you? Why would you like to move to the Netherlands? Why are you interested in e-learning and upskilling professionals from all around the world? Why are you interested in human resources?
Why are you changing your job?
They asked about my motivations, expectations, reasons for wanting to cross over into Instructional Design from education, and were interested in what it was that I thought I could do at AIHR. There were a few tricky questions, but upon answering, it didn't feel so much like a trick, more of an opportunity to show how much I could grow - perhaps I'm just optimistic!
