Questions during interview process were really thoughtful and not just your standard "tell me about a time when you had a challenge" etc. One question was about when I had last learned something or taught myself something. I was also asked specific questions about the resource I created for the task portion - how did I go about creating it, what were my goals/objectives, etc.
Tell me about a time you learned from a mistake.
They asked me about my experience, the ADDIE model, and examples of how I worked with various teams, departments, and difficult situations.
