Most of the interview was a conversation - both of us trying to see if this was a fit. HR is incredible and when they say they are there for you if you need them they 100% stand behind what they say. I have needed to call on HR several times for family and personal issues and the compassion and support they give comes from the heart because they care about their employees and are there to support us.
