We mostly went through my background, discussed the organization and the role, and dug into the growth plans for the company. It was mostly me asking questions, and it was conversational.
The asked you the only question recruiters these days seem to ask. First, they have not even read your resume prior to the interview. So, they ask you "Tell me about your background and what brings you to apply for this position." Then, you have a very limited amount of time to desperately try and explain your entire career history in a few minutes.
