Initial round was basic understanding of your previous role (if you are an experienced person) and detailed discussion based on your CV. Psychometric was system generated, where you need to answer everything from a sales person's point of view. Writing email where you have to give solution to the client's requirement within a specific time frame (15 minutes/mail) and the motive behind is to create stress on you to understand how well you can give solution under this circumstances. Final round was details discussion of what you do understand about the job description , and your previous role. Mainly covered all the sales aspect based on your CV.
