I was asked to describe what my greatest asset was as a project manager.
Q: What's the reverse proxy and how you will use it in cloud solutions (e.g. with which component you've to integrate that, what's the difference between a forward proxy and reverse proxy, do you know a better approach)?

Questions were very technical but not difficult if you know your stuff - there was also a far bit that was culture based around fit and attitude to team environments
Describe experience leading functional IT teams. Have you led projects setting DR capability? Have you managed third party vendors negotiating contracts, SLAs, and generated cost savings? Share example of large size project dealing with challenges, how did you deal with the challenges? How do you deal with team dynamics and share examples of dealing with difficult people. Have you taken disciplinary actions including terminating employee.
Tell us about yourself, show us your projects, what is your background, do you have any questions, do you know what we do. It was a very friendly and light atmosphere.

Second round was of design. First some issue of troubleshooting an issue in site and then design a system with components used.
