I was told this was the toughest question, but I nailed it :) If client comes to Mindbody complaining a lot of people are cancelling classes too late and that's not allowing other clients to sign up, what can you do to help them?
First round was asking about my background... the second round was more pointed situational questions about how I would handle certain experiences
"What is your availability?" They also just talk about the role and your previous experience on your CV.
What browser are you using? A lot of STAR questions, like how would you talk to the upset client?
