How do you handle pressure, how do you handle having very short deadlines and massive amounts of work to do. The interviewer was sincere and well meaning but I suspect she herself was overwhelmed by the sheer volume and quantity of work at hand.

The interview questions during the phone interview were easy to follow, and were “getting to know you” type interview questions. The interview was maintained as very conversational throughout, and I felt like my personality and experience really shined through it. During my second interview via Google Meet, the questions asked were much more in depth and formal. “Tell me about a time ____, and how did you ____.” These type of questions I usually am ok with, but a couple of them confused me. I asked for one or maybe two of them to be repeated. I did also get an opportunity at the end to ask my own questions about the company and role as well.
