Analogies are not my forte.
They asked a lot of questions about working in a team and making decisions that were unpopular or against the opinion of the group as a whole. The only other thing that threw me was that the case interview was with another applicant.
Q: When have you had a chance to tell a team member No?
Not particularly a difficult or unexpected question, the interview was quite "classic but efficient.
Can I speak to large audiences
Asked about interests outside of work, had to fill out a questionnaire to determine personality.
What hardships did you encounter and how'd you get over them.
Do you know what a certain powershell command does
Name a time when you had to deal with a group of people that were not excited with an idea/process that you were trying to implement, and how did you go about changing their opinion?
