EPA card and prior HVAC education is asked. They ask you why you want to work here and in the HVAC field. What prior experience you have.
Are you passionate about HVAC?
Now, I hate written test, but the test is given and then you sit down and discus your reasons for your answers.this was just great. Some question where old school, and I did not know. Some question where on stuff not used anymore. But it was my very very first great interview, and I am a old guy.
