The questions weren't particularly difficult or challenging frankly. I had a more senior title at small company (big fish in a small pond sort of senario), and it was a difficult sell of me to him as a result.

Questions were basic--how do I prioritize work demands, what is my leadership style, what is a typical day in my current job...
Nothing to tricky, past history with recruiting
Useless and incompetent management handled by the owners of the company it's exactly the local banya shop they have no process and do give importance to candidates time specially at senior level
