Not really any questions out of the ordinary.
What kind of employee issues did you deal with and how were they resolved.
Questions were not up to the mark.
Tell me about an employee relations issue and what was the outcome. Basic HR knowledge questions.
Horrible experience. The CHRO who writes evolved articles on LinkedIn fatshamed me and even asked me to share a photo if I have ever been thin in the past. Not only that he also asked me he does not want to hire people who will be considered 'frivolous' by the employees because of weight. Do yourself a favor and dont apply to this organization. You can do better. Have never met people with such a short vision. # Saynotobodyshaming
Give an example of a conflict that arose in a project or past work experience and how you resolved it.
Describe a situation in which you had to think outside the rules policies and processes to resolve a relationship that has broken down.
Its been sometime since I appeared for those interviews and hence dont really remember that well. dont think found any question very difficult though.
