Are you interested in relocating to San Diego for employment? Do you have any union avoidance or working in CA with a large union experience? What is the size of the largest team that you have had reporting directly to you i.e. direct reports? What is the size of the largest client group that you served directly? To clarify have you ever worked in CA or done union avoidance in CA? We have some very unique state and county laws!
Questions were a mix of informal and behavioral.
As I said above, no real difficult questions. They were clearly trying to determine if I fit their culture so the work I did ahead of time to talk to people who worked there was helpful.

Tell us about a challenging project you worked on, and how did you navigate through ambiguity and time pressure?

I even approached senior management to find out what direction they were going to enforce that I might be able to update my skills and had no response
