There were no unexpected questions or difficult questions. Pretty straight forward, and all based on the posting for the job.
I was asked how comfortable I felt about making my own decisions. I have no problem making my own decisions as it would be a director position. Unfortunately, making a decision on my own is what got me fired.
Nothing difficult - very routine, very generic and boring questions.
The questions asked were pretty typical. What are your strengths and weaknesses? What would you bring to the team? Where would you start?
