Was asked 8 multi-part behavioral questions. The entire process was exhausting trying to remember what was asked. I can see a couple but 8 was excessive. Questions were related to process improvement and performance management.
How should the perfect team and perfect manager be in your eyes?
Some competency based questions requiring specific examples around communication, HR issues and team working e.g. tell us about a time where you have dealt with an HR issue that required you to adjust your communication style
