Questions pertained to my previous HR experience. Typical HR Manager questions. Overall, I was provided feedback that I did not have distribution experience their number one thing that they were seeking. I had years of HR Manager experience. So I wasted 9 hours interviewing and doing assessments when I never had their number one want of distribution experience and I was recruited for this role. I feel it was an unnecessary waste of my time.

If there are 2 employees, 1 is achieving targets but does not follow timing, and rules and the 2nd one is following rules, and timing but does not achieve targets. which one will you choose?

The screener questions place a huge emphasis on what people thought of you in high school, which they acknowledge is unusual and I would argue is somewhat discriminatory for anyone far enough out from high school that this would hinder an accurate assessment of their current self.
"Tell us about a time you had to implement a policy that employees didn’t like. How did you handle it?"
