What is a default gateway? How would you change a local administrator password? What utility would you use to look at Windows logs? Describe the difference between RAM and a hard drive to a non-technical user. A user calls and says that Excel keeps freezing up. Explain how you would troubleshoot.

They asked me technical questions in regards to how I would troubleshoot connection issues. We discussed my past work history and systems used. I am thankful the manager clarified the contract terms - I think it would have been worth the wait, however the lower inital rate ($14/hr) was not sustainable to me.
