How would you manage competing priorities on donor deadlines?
What three qualities would you like for us to remember about you after this interview? Tell us about a time something went wrong, and how you handled it. The online test involved a case study of a hypothetical grant applicant, asking about whether they'd qualify for the fellowship, which Royal Society fellow you'd choose from a list to interview them, and drafting an email to the fellow inviting them to interview the applicant. This was followed by a spreadsheet exercise that was rather vague in its instructions.
Can you tell me about your experience of working with monitoring and evaluation personnel to develop MEL language for a specific grant application or program?
