How do you work with competing priorities from a project management perspective?
Explain a time when a process workflow wasn't operating efficiently, what you did to identify the issues, what steps were taken for continuous improvement, and what were the results?
There was a lot more talking about their company than asking me questions. The questions were not very good at allowing a candidate to express proper experience and qualifcations.
Be prepared to walk through your management experience and various scenarios regarding keeping projects/teams organized and motivated. You will be asked to also complete an industry case study, take notes while the interviewer is describing the scenario, and take your time coming up with answers to the questions so that you answer them thoroughly.
