Purely a dumb process and no value for professionals. Nothing been asked except to describe one's professional career. Sheer waste of time including waiting time for more than 45 mins. The interview process just took 10 mins, the previous person ie one who went before me had also faced the same scenario. Poor handling by HR too in this regard, no prior information as to personnel to be met etc. Nothing been delivered about the organisation including the job description
