Many narrowly pointed religious or spiritual questions, less about academics. Question: What would you say to a student who told you he was struggling with homosexuality? What is your belief about Jesus work on the cross? It was very uncomfortable interviewing with different groups and administrators who were scrutinizing. Thankfully a colleague coached me about potential questions and answers.
