There were no questions that were really difficult or unexpected. All the questions were straightforward and the process was fast. I was asked why I wanted to work there, what I expected to accomplish in my time there and how I would react to different situations.

They gave you scenarios via pictures and you'd have to describe how you'd act/react in those situations. They also asked what our first thoughts were when thinking of McDonalds.
