There were no difficult or unexpected questions.
It was a behavioral based interview, so nothing was really difficult. Questions like name a time when you had a difficult employee, what was the situation and how did you correct it. You always want to answer these questions by explaining the Situation, Task, Action you took and Result.
1. If a store owner is hesitant to participate in the Double Up Food Bucks program, how would you convince them to join? 2. Why are people poor? 3. Do you have any experience conducting workshops/trainings?
A few people asked about my weaknesses and did not take a typical cliché answer and they truly wanted to know what you need to work on.

Questions were fair and comprehensive; from experience, situational, ethical, best practice, accountability, leadership, and a few scenario based questions. also asked about personal goals, career plan, etc. all were thought provoking and challenging as well as reasonable.
