It was so difficult to have a good understanding of business just because the companies was managed on differents ways.
General interview questions. The type and length of certain questions indicate they didn't really review my resume. (I listed my daily duties very clearly and articulately).
How does your experience help prepare you for this position?
There weren't any funky questions or curve balls. Everything was pretty straightforward regarding the job with a reasonable amount of personality questions (e.g. what do you like to do outside of work). Personality and culture fit are very important to Lithium.

They asked me what was the hardest problem I encountered in accounting or finance and how I solved it/what the outcome was.
Interview questions were normal. Nothing really unexpected.
