Not being from the Corning area (few are), the questions from everyone is are you really prepared to move to Corning, NY. Was asked how I would be able to work in an environment where change is needed but the team will resist the change. Are you ready to be a hands on senior manager (in reality what they were asking is are you ready to be a senior manager in title only)
"How would you organize the data to be able to answer questions quickly?" The entire job is data management and the entire conversation was about the level of detail that needed to be maintained to do the job well. Prior to the question being asked we discussed systems, how data was managed currently, and how the organization's needs were being met in the interim. There ought to have been satisfactory systems in place already, and if there weren't that should have been part of the conversation and job description.

Technical: "Can you explain the difference between inheritance and composition in object-oriented programming?" Behavioral: "Tell me about a time when you had to deal with a difficult coworker. How did you handle the situation?" Situational: "How would you prioritize tasks if you were given multiple projects with tight deadlines?" Industry-specific: "What do you think are the biggest challenges facing the healthcare industry today?"
