All finance specific questions were rather basic, but I was surprised by one behavioral question. The first part was a normal "tell me about a time when you were in a leadership position" question but the follow-on question asked "how would you handle an employee who failed to meet significant job requirements?"

All fit questions, stuff they ask to undergrads, no idea what kind of individual they are looking for.
