All of the interviewers showed genuine interest in me as a candidate and they asked thoughtful questions that allowed me to speak to my strengths and what I could bring to the table.

It was generic recruiter screening questions about availability, salary expectations, office location, experience for key tasks for the role.
Background and lots of process approach questions. My recruiter also set the salary stage very early in the process.
