Very general questions and then asked to take an IQ test, which I scored 98% on and a job fit personality test, which I scored 90% on. I was told that I score very high and was almost immediately offered the position.

Each interviewer had a designated area of focus based on the way they would interact with this role on a day to day basis. These themes were relevant to the role and each interviewer was well prepared and actively engaged in a bi-directional conversation in consideration of the role. They were framed in terms of "how would/have you approach(ed) x situation".
