Prior to the interview, the interviewer confirmed that this was not a sales or business development position as the company has a strong sales team that is managed by a seaparte organization but rather operational leadership, overall financial management and accountability of the market. During a final interview, an executive asked me how "I" would be bring new business and customers to the region.
