Every now and then, 2 product teams have shared user stories in which they need to collaborate. However, one team works in a Kanban framework, while the other works with Scrum. Considering the teams have very different ways of prioritizing their backlog, but want to have a good tracking of all the tasks they have in common and ensure a steady collaboration, how would you support these teams in doing so?
I was asked to take a basic English reading/comprehension test,which was laughable because I later found out that about 25 to 30 percent of the employee's, especially the drivers, could not speak or understand English in what I feel is a reasonable manner, and I'm pretty lenient.
