Many questions were about how I process different situations or showcasing my skillsets in different areas. Definitely feeling out my strengths and weaknesses, as well as how I would fit in with my direct team as well as the culture at Frontline.
They wanted to know about a commercial director from a previous company I was at who seemed to be an employee at their company a few years ago. Wasn't really appropriate as it wasn't relevant to the role.
