1) Knowledge of engineering and software (They don't have anything modernized). 2) Six Sigma and Lean - But they don't practice it at all. Many have tried it before. 3) From the Plant Manager - "You can disagree with me in my office, but outside you must carry my flag." "I often like to MicroManage my people, because no one knows what to do."
