After speaking with 5 people total, I was asked the standard questions by each interviewer and each person gave their own take on the role with me and what to expect. They basically wanted to know what I was looking for currently, yet did not hound me about my ability to perform the tasks of the job because it was very present on my resume. Although I had not performed the job tasks for EY, I was familiar to what they were seeking and that was understood. I asked all pertinent questions I needed to understand the workings of the position with EY and by the time I was done interviewing, I had discovered a great view of the role and had performed the tasks previously with a few differences.
