Hiring manager will ask more about experience for example how have you handled cash, did you ever make a mistake cash handling, are you comfortable with cash.
She didn't ask questions. She read from a script. I did ask about the HR Coordinator title that kept appearing in the job description. She said they decided to change the title for the same role.

In the phone screen, I was asked technical questions about various roles I've held that were listed on my resume; technical questions about handling investigations and managing workplace conflict; and general questions about my thoughts on the work environment. During the interviews with the hiring managers and the panel, I was asked more in-depth questions about my employee relations (ER) experience. During the panels, I had four one-on-one interviews, and these were competency-based. Questions were behavioral and focused around Nike's leadership principles. Each interviewer spent time building rapport with me before or in-between questions, which helped me relax and feel comfortable.
