They asked about prior work experience, and what skills that could be applied to assignments.
Tell me about yourself. What is your greatest weakness? Why are you interested in Premise? Why do you want to leave your current position? Do you have experience in "X" software?
I didn't find the questions very difficult or unexpected. Nike does scenario-based interviewing so they will want to hear stories that exemplify your ability to do the job for which you're interviewing.
