Depends on the department you are interviewing for. Some have round table phone interviews. Most will have a initial meeting with the hiring manager followed by one or 1-4 people doing phone interviews(optional). If you are lucky you may get to see your hiring manager and additional confidants/peers of the hiring manager in person. Interview questions are typically very basic. If you are in SAP space which is a tiny space your backgrounds are already checked, LinkedIn profiles and resumes are verified. Nothing crazy to get past the interview process.
