What is one of your weaknesses?
A question about my political views on certain things. Not anything revealing, but basics. I've never heard about a company asking about political affiliation, but Wayfair is a rather liberal company, and I could see how conservative views could be frowned upon.
Give me an example of a project you were working on that ran into some issues and how you resolved them. What were the KPI's that measured your success?
What was the exact date you left your previous company? (While there were no difficult questions as such, this one was certainly the most unexpected one; with special emphasis on the word "exact")
None because my recruiter cancelled three times.
