If someone were to describe your greatest attribute, what would it be? If someone were to describe something about you that needed improvement what would it be? Tell me about a time when you exceeded expectations?
They asked questions regarding your previous work experience. Also they asked questions that were "about me" questions...I always find those the most difficult. Not a fan of talking about myself.
You must be very honest with your answers, do not sugar coat anything because the can tell what youre saying is complete BS. Focus on customer interactions and experiences in the field of retail.

Describe a time you solved a problem
Questions: why are you applying for this job, tell us a time you had to act like a leader and explain what it involved.
