They wanted to conduct a part of the talk in English to review my level.
Not difficult but they were just going thru the motions since they only hire internal candidates. Never even communicated after my time was wasted.

What’s my experience with adult learners
They asked me to describe a difficult time I had with an individual and how I addressed it.
The self recorded interview included questions like: how would you handle a child having a tantrum, can you recall a time did you dealt with a child with special needs.
Why are you interested in this position?
It was more of a conversation then reading questions from a paper that my name just was inserted.
