"What's the worst thing you've ever done?" was a tough question to answer. On the one hand I didn't want to give a fluff answer that wouldn't be believable but it was hard to answer that question honestly on the fly.

HR: Did you solve any internal conflict between employees and how you handled that? What did you do to make WOW moment for your guests? Will you still decide to work with us if we can't match your desired salary? Will you still want to work with us if we say your position is not available ????(this is really nonsense question, despite the fact I've been waiting 1.5+ hours to receive such question, really disappointed) Why do you come to Taipei for work? Kaohsiung has to many 5-star hotel opportunity. I think you can't refer Taipei attractions recommendations to guest as you're so unfamiliar with the area (idk why he gave personal pov on my answer, but not professional comments on the job)
